VACANCY : Software Architect

We are currently looking for a Software Architect to join our team at our development office in Kharkov. The Software Architect will lead systems development for an application that integrates several commercial software packages as well as payment and communication gateways. The Architect will provide technical leadership and management to a team of software engineers.
At the current stage, he/she will draw architecture of the software from the concept that will be given.
He/she will measure and improve productivity of the solutions team and will ensure that strategic architectural direction and technical standards are followed. The Architect will establish processes and procedures to streamline deployment. The Architect will also translate the Enterprise Architecture (EA), security and other external standards into practical functional requirements. Additional duties to be assigned as needed. International travel may be required.

• Understanding the customer requirements and mentoring the rest of the functional development team on the technical implementation issues.
• Conceptual, methodical thinking and good problem solving skills

Technical skills:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in:

• Object Oriented programming with C# and/or C++ (a big plus)
• Reading and designing UML diagrams
• Object Oriented design patterns - previous Participation in Component Based
• Architecture (CBA) projects is a big plus.
