You can find so many different pricing for different companies as not only we provide offshore development services. Some companies you work with may not be reliable, their technical skills may not be world class or the hourly rates may be low but you need 2 times as much time to complete tasks. This simply removes all advantages of outsourcing.
Our approach is simple - we are Microsoft Gold certified partner and work from 1999. We have over 90 employees and Ukrainian developers are excellent for working on complex tasks. Our partnership with microsoft, employees certifications and 9 years of expertise in the US market allowed us providing quality, performance and cost advantages.
We provide developers on a monthly basis, and every developer has to provide 160 billable hours per month, working on customer projects. If developer is providing less - customer always pays for actual hours developer spent on project.
Our rates are as follows:
Web/Backend Developers from $19/hr or from $3000 per month
Team Leader / Project Managers from $24/hr or $3750 per month
Senior QA / QA Lead from $14/hr or from $2200 per month
QA from $12/hr or from $1850 per month
